Memory Problems? What You Can Do

Forgetting names? Losing words? Missing appointments or deadlines? Finding yourself challenged with tasks that should be familiar? Are you or others close to you expressing concern about your increasing forgetfulness or changes in memory?

Memory Loss is Not a Normal part of Aging. If memory problems are affecting your life in more ways than one, then you may want to learn more about our Early Stage Programs.

Our unique programs offer support to individuals who have early stages of Alzheimer’s or dementia, and to their loved ones who care, by providing information and education, group discussion and guest speakers on medical causes and treatments, and future planning. Join us to learn ways to cope, meet others who understand, and to get the facts. Services provided by trained individuals.

To learn more about this free program, contact Katherine at 206-377-9630 or 206-363-5500. Registration is required, and space is limited.

Locations for Spring and Summer 2007

  • Bothell (Northshore Senior Center)
