American Diabetes Association 2008 Diabetes EXPO

It's a tradeshow. It's one stop shopping for everything related to diabetes, healthy eating and active living.

No matter how you describe it, the American Diabetes Association Diabetes EXPO provides the most comprehensive array of diabetes-related products, services and information available under one roof.

This year the ADA Diabetes EXPO will be at Qwest Field Events Center on Saturday, April 19.  Doors open at 10:00 a.m. and the event closes at 5:00 p.m. Make sure you take the time to visit the King 5 Healthy Living Expo next door as well.

The ADA Diabetes EXPO contains highly interactive events that include professional speakers, access to health providers, a variety of ADA program/event information, exercise and cooking demonstrations and much more.

• Exhibitors provide how-to product demonstrations, free samples and the latest products, services and information. Translators for Spanish speaking attendees will be available.
• Medical professionals are present to answer questions. Spanish speaking experts will also be available.
• Exciting lectures are scheduled throughout the day.
• Cooking and exercise demonstrations including Latino and Asian recipes.
• Free health screenings.
• Planet D—an interactive area for children.
