Caresource provides the custom publication of resident and family handbooks for care communities and providers.  These client-specific guides bundle all or nearly all information that a long-term care facility or other health care provider gives to a new resident or patient and the person's family. They are neat and attractive, ready to use out of the box but easily customized, less expensive than other alternatives, and simple to publish to CD-ROM or your web site. 

The price for setting up this publication is approximately $1,600-$1,800 on a one-time basis. Production is additional at about $3.60 per packet at a quantity of 500 and total publication length, including inserts, of 40 pages. Your cost will vary somewhat depending on length and complexity, but we will give you a firm price quote as your project gets underway.
