Conference Information on CD

image

Many groups are taking advantage of the use of CDs for distribution of conference materials. A CD is less costly to reproduce than traditional conference binders, and has a number of other benefits for the organization and conference attendees, including:

  • Less bulky to carry than a binder
  • Easy to print off daily schedules
  • Easy to print documents for the sessions that you are attending
  • Documents can be included for each session, making it easier for attendees to use the information, such as a draft press release or PowerPoint presentation
  • Attendees can return to their offices and share the information with co-workers
  • Speaker information is organized so that attendees can access phone number, e-mail and websites with the click of a mouse.

Conference CDs contain the same information as does a conference binder; however, the organization makes it easier for attendees to navigate the information. The CDs generally contain:

  1. a day-by-day schedule
  2. an alphabetical listing of sessions
  3. a list of sessions organized by subject
  4. keyword search
  5. speaker and moderator section with bios and contact information
  6. exhibitor section

The CD is easier to create than a traditional conference binder.  Simply put together your schedule, gather the information/documents for each session, e-mail them to us, and we handle the rest!
