June 21 Webinar Will Discuss Strategies for Attracting Baby Boomers to Your Senior Center
Please join us Thursday, June 21, from 3:30 to 4:20 Eastern Time for our next NCOA/Caresource HABS (Healthy Aging Briefing Series) webinar. Our presenter will be Elizabeth Bernat, Director of Leisure and Learning at Lowcountry Senior Center in Charleston, South Carolina. For five years, Ms. Bernat has worked with Jill Jackson-Ledford, Lowcountry Senior Center Executive Director and NISC Chair Elect, in identifying and meeting the needs and expectations of Boomers as a crucial target demographic. She’ll share lessons learned with her HABS audience. If your organization has developed its own unique approach to attracting and serving Boomers, we invite you to participate in this session and add your experiences to those being discussed. If you recognize the need for a different approach in marketing to Boomers, this is your opportunity to ask questions and discuss what others have been learning. How to Register Like all the presentations in the HABS series, participation on June 21 is FREE to Caresource clients and friends. Attendance is limited to 100—first come, first served. To sign up, please visit www.ncoa.org/briefings. (Because of the limit on the number of callers, please consider participating jointly with a speaker phone, if others in your organization would also be registering.) Don’t Forget the HABS Archives If you can’t make it on June 21 or would like to share this online presentation with colleagues, don’t forget that webinars in this monthly series are archived both at www.ncoa.org/briefings (where the PowerPoint slides and other program aids are also available) and at www.AgingInStride.org/NCOA_Archives.
