Communicating Tip: Bullets are Easier to Read

When writing copy for your website, newsletter or brochure, bullets are a great tool to help you break up your copy:

  • Bullets make it easy for a reader to quickly scan your copy for important points.
  • Bullets force you to reduce your text so that it is easier for a reader to digest.

 
Bullets can be used to introduce topics on a page or article.

Bullets can be implied; bold headings serve the same purpose and help people easily read through a long list of services.
