Staff Spotlight on Midge Morris

Midge Morris was born and raised in Bakersville, North Carolina, with her brother and her two sisters. She attended Kenwood High in Essex, and graduated from the Community College of Baltimore as a Food Service Manager. Midge then continued her education at Towson State.

Midge married her high school sweetheart, Tom, and the couple has been married for 39 years. They have two children, Tommy and Lisa. Midge also has three grandchildren and one more grandchild on the way! 

Her first job was working as a shampoo girl in a salon. She came to join our team at Lorien six years ago as the Food Service Director, and then transferred to Medical Records and Central Supply two years ago. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her grandchildren, and going to the beach. Her favorite motto to live by is, “People should always try to be positive, and always have a smile.”
