Important Beauty Shop Information
If family members or friends would like to use the Beauty Shop, we ask you to please contact the Recreation Department at extension 1414. We will need a copy of your cosmetology license and an appointment time.

If you would like to have our Beauticians accommodate your hair styling needs, we ask that you please pay for the service in advance. Please drop off your request and payment at the front desk. Request forms may be picked up at the front desk or at the Beauty Shop. Thank you so much for your cooperation.

Insurance Information
Please provided the Admission Office with a copy of all updated Insurance Cards that you are covered under: Medicare Card, Medicare Supplemental Card, Medicare D, and Medicaid Card. Please contact the Admissions Office if you have any questions, at (410) 803-1400, extension 1146.
