Staff Spotlight on Dietician Heidi Sandford

Heidi Sandford was born and raised in Abington, PA, with one older brother and one younger sister. She went to Indiana University to get her Bachelor’s degree in Food Nutrition. In 1996, she married Paul, and together they have two boys, Matthew and Owen, with one more on the way! Some of her hobbies include spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, and scrapbooking.
