Special Days in March

St. Pattys Day

Saint Patrick’s Day

Saint Patrick’s Day has come to be associated with everything Irish, which includes shamrocks, the color green, leprechauns, and gold.  Let’s celebrate with corn beef, beer, music, and friends.  Help us paint the town green!

Spring

Spring is the time of year when we know that summer is near.
Spring brings tulips, daffodils, and bees.
We plant in the garden, which brings us to sneeze.

The sun comes out and warms the earth.
The days are longer, and the sun is stronger.
People are excited to go outside for a day of sun that’s even longer.

The snow is melting.
The buds are on the trees,
And everyone enjoys a warm spring breeze.

The warm spring days bring us such joy.
They bring a smile to the face of every girl and boy.

Easter, Celebrate New Life

EasterLilies so white, Easter eggs bright
Church bells ringing, birds singing

Green grass growing, hyacinth showing
Empty tomb found, His promise resounds

Jellybean treats, find a basket of sweets
Alleluia of praise with voices raised

Cards and greetings, families meeting
Springtime, the season
His resurrection the reason
Celebrate New Life!
