Resident Spotlight on Jacqueline Sharp

Jacqueline was born and raised in Christiansburg, Virginia with her sister.  She went to Randolph Macon Women’s College, and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education.  Soon after she began teaching first grade in Havre De Grace at Meadowville Elementary School.  She married Stephen in 1947, and they had two daughters, Anne and Stephanie.  Stephen was a boat racer, and they enjoyed traveling up and down the East Coast. Some of Jacqueline’s hobbies include reading and working on puzzles.
