Technology Matching Fund Workshops Saturday, April 9, 10:00–11:30 a.m. Solid Ground Community Room 1501 N. 45th St., Seattle The City of Seattle Technology Matching Fund provides grants up to $20,000 for projects that increase technology literacy and access; provide residents with access to computers, the Internet and other information technology; and increase residents' use of technology for community problem solving, civic engagement and community building. Senior Farmers Market Voucher Program—2011 Application Period Friday, April 15–Friday, May 27 The Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program provides a check for eligible seniors to use at seasonal Farmers Markets throughout King County. Applications for the 2011 season will be available online the morning of April 15, in 11 languages. Eligible applicants must be age 60 or older(or age 55+ for Native Americans) AND low-income (below 185% of federal poverty level). Because of the limited number available, checks are distributed using a random selection process among the total applications received. Completed applications will be accepted via mail through May 27, 2011.
