The National Eye Institute predicts that the number of Americans with vision loss will increase substantially as the baby boomers age. By the end of the decade, 5.5 million Americans will be affected by blindness or low vision. The Institute calls for an increased emphasis on vision care.

Studies now show that nutrition makes a difference in eye health. Yes, carrots are rich in beta-carotene, a nutrient that supports eye health. But carrots can't do it alone. This month's puzzle contains the names of 16 eye-healthy foods and nutrients. Give your brain a workout and find them all!
