| Leaf through a magazine, channel surf late at night, visit any news website…you will quickly run across infomercials or glossy ads selling "anti-aging" products. These claims are extravagant—and mostly inaccurate. Legitimate research shows that our goal shouldn't be "anti-aging," but healthy aging.
