West Nile Virus Information Seattle & King County Public Health has issued information about the West Nile Virus for county residents. Though the virus has not been detected in King County, several cases have occurred in Washington state. See the website to become familiar with the symptoms and prevention of this potentially serious disease, which is more dangerous in people over 50.
