The Mature Workers Alliance presents the 4th Annual Training and Resource Fair for Mature Workers (Ages 50-plus) at Seattle Center. "This event is a must for older job seekers," says Alana McIalwain of the Mayor's Office for Senior Citizens 55-Plus Employment Program. "The employers participating in the Job Fair value the experience and wisdom that mature workers bring to the workplace."

The free event includes the opportunity to network with employers and fellow job seekers and to participate in essential job search workshops, such as interviewing skills, effective networking, resume writing and "hiring yourself" starting your own business. In addition to the workshops, the fair will have over 35 employers represented, and other resources covering topics including:
