2006 Medicare Mondays at Senior Meal Sites

Come to a local Senior Meal Site for one-on-one help with choosing and enrolling in a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan.

10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Be sure to bring a list of your current prescriptions, income and resource information, any current prescription coverage, your Medicare ID number, and your Social Security number. Listed below are the sites and dates.
