Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), a federally funded program, can help you stay warm and healthy in your home during wintry weather. What Assistance is Available? LIHEAP can offer help with bill payment, an energy crisis, or weatherization and energy-related home repairs. The program in your community determines if you qualify for assistance.
