Small town Ohio has won a BIG jackpot! A tiny town close to the Michigan state line boasts about 500 residents and one winning Mega Millions ticket worth $267 million. 

A: New Hampshire created the first legal lottery of the 20th Century in 1964.  It was labeled a "Sweepstakes" and tied to horse races to avoid the 70-year-old federal anti-lottery statutes.
