New VHCA Website
VHCA (2/13/2009)
We’re not superstitious! We are pleased to announce that the new VHCA website will be live as of 6:00 PM on Friday, February 13th! The new site, accessible at our www.vhca.org address, has a whole new look and feel designed to provide members and the general public with a more efficient and pleasing user experience. In short, we believe you will find the new site easier to navigate and easier to locate the information you are looking for. One key change we are making is to introduce user-specific member access accounts. You and your organization have made an investment in VHCA/VCAL membership and we want to make sure that your membership decision is rewarded by granting exclusive access to our member’s only information pages. Over the weekend, you should receive an email from us containing your user name and password. Your user name is your email address and a random password has been generated for you. We’re rolling out this feature in a way that should require no or little additional login effort on your part. We suggest that you allow your browser to “remember” your new user name and password. If you choose not to use this feature or if your browser does not support this option, then we suggest logging in using the supplied account information and then selecting the option to change your password to one that you can easily remember. Should you forget your password, simply select on the option to have it emailed to you. The site was designed and developed by our friends at Illuminage Communication Partners. We would like to recognize the efforts of Aaron Howard and Connie Parsons at Illuminage for all of their dedication and hard work in making the new site a reality. Over the next few months, we plan to introduce a few additional features on the website. Your comments and suggestions for strengthening our communications are encouraged and welcome!
