The 2009 Convention & Trade Show is scheduled for September 14 - 17 at the Embassy Suites Hotel at the Hampton Roads Convention Center. Although the deadline for reservations is in August, we encourage members to make their hotel reservations today to ensure room availability before the VHCA room block is filled. The Embassy Suites Hotel guest room rate for VHCA participants is $149 single/double and $159 triple/quad occupancy. Guest room reservations can be made by calling toll free at 1.800.EMBASSY or direct at 1.757.827.8200. Hotel reservation deadline is Friday, August 21, 2009.
