Pre-Registration Now Available for the 2009 Convention & Trade Show

The 2009 Convention & Trade Show is scheduled September 14 - 17 at the Embassy Suites at Hampton Roads Convention Center.  Members who plan to attend the full event may pre-register now. Full registration for the convention includes all education programs and materials for all three days, all breaks, all meals, trade show admission, entertainment and social events. (Registration does not include Monday golf.)

Hotel rooms have been reserved at the Embassy Suites for VHCA participants at a rate of $149 single/double.  Overnight accommodations can be made by calling Embassy Suites reservations at 800.Embassy or calling directly to 757.827.8200.   Be sure to identify yourself as a Virginia Health Care Association participant to receive the group rate.  Guest room reservation deadline is Friday, August 21, 2009.  Although the deadline is in August, members are strongly encouraged to reserve a room now before the VHCA room block is exhausted.
