Last Chance to Register for the 2009 Convention & Trade Show!

The 2009 Convention & Trade Show is just a little over a week away!  Join VHCA/VCAL for an unforgettable experience scheduled for Monday, September 14th through Thursday, September 17th at the Hampton Roads Convention Center.

This year’s Convention is jammed-packed with education programs offering as many as 11 CEUs!  Plan to attend sessions featuring nationally acclaimed speaker Clint Maun, AHCA President Bruce Yarwood and some of the best long term care leaders in the profession.  Also, we will celebrate Virginia’s best in long term care at the Wednesday evening Awards Banquet.

The Trade Show will provide fun and excitement and connect providers with exhibitors providing a variety of services to long term care providers.  This is the premier event for members to network with peers, long term care leaders and suppliers.

The Commonwealth Long Term Care Foundation’s Regirer Nurse Scholarship Golf Tournament will be held at Riverfront Golf Club in Suffolk on Monday, September 14th.  Regardless of your skill level, please register to play in the Scholarship Tournament and help support this successful program.  The tournament kicks off the VHCA Convention & Trade Show.

This year you will have the opportunity to give back to your community by donating new or slightly used children’s books.

The Convention Committee will have collection boxes at the Convention & Trade Show to collect the books.  They will then be distributed to various organizations around the Commonwealth.  Help to make reading an everyday and integral part of a child’s life.

Don’t miss out on all the action – register today.
