2010 National Assisted Living Week Logo Available

NCAL has released the 2010 National Assisted Living Week logo, featuring this year's theme “Living Life.” Living life means enjoying activities and pursuing passions, whatever they may be, never stopping the process of discovery or mastering talents, sharing personal history and teaching others what you have learned.  It is a lifelong pursuit of happiness and growth. Assisted living communities around the country are giving their residents the environment and opportunities they need to reach their goals and prosper. 

This year National Assisted Living Week will take place Sunday, September 12 through Saturday, September 18, 2010.  Established by NCAL in 1995, National Assisted Living Week® provides a unique opportunity for residents, families, staff, volunteers, and the surrounding community to come together to bestow on our residents a multitude of events and activities that show them how much we care for and love them.  NCAL is currently developing a planning and product guide, which will contain activity ideas, media kit materials, and products featuring the 2010 theme. The guide is expected to be available in June.
