Make Your Hotel Reservations for the Convention & Trade Show Today

The 2010 VHCA/VCAL Convention & Trade Show has been scheduled for Monday – Thursday, September 20 – 23, 2010 at The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center.  Hotel rooms have been reserved at The Hotel Roanoke for VHCA participants at a rate of $157 single/double ($10 each additional person.)  Overnight accommodations can be made by calling The Hotel Roanoke reservations toll free at 866.594.4722 or direct at 540.985.5900.  Be sure to identify yourself as a Virginia Health Care Association participant to receive the negotiated rate.  Guest room reservation deadline is Monday, August 23, 2010.  Although the deadline is in August, we encourage members to make their hotel reservations today to ensure room availability before the VHCA room block is filled.
