VHCA’s Annual Convention and Trade Show is scheduled Monday - Thursday, September 20 – 23 at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center.  This year's theme is 55+ Years and Still Rockin!

Virginia long term care professionals won’t want to miss this information and entertainment packed event!  In addition to 11 hours of continuing education, members will have an opportunity to network with colleagues and profession leaders.  The September 21st Trade Show is held in conjunction with the convention and is the largest long term care trade show in Virginia. Leading-edge products and services that enable long term care providers to effectively deliver quality care will be showcased during this event. 

Hotel rooms have been reserved at the hotel for VHCA participants at a rate of $157 single/double ($10 each additional person.)  Overnight accommodations can be made by calling The Hotel Roanoke reservations toll-free at 866.594.4722 or direct at 540.985.5900.  Be sure to identify yourself as a Virginia Health Care Association participant to receive the negotiated rate.  Guest room reservation deadline is Monday, August 23, 2010.  Although the deadline is in August, we encourage members to make their hotel reservations today to ensure room availability before the VHCA room block is filled.
