Virginia’s nursing facilities continue to meet the challenge by signing pledges to actively support the Advancing Excellence in America’s Nursing Homes campaign.  Virginia now has 151 facilities signed on; which is over half of all the nursing facilities in Virginia.  If your facility has not yet signed up to participate in the two-year voluntary campaign we encourage you to do so today.  This campaign is a significant step forward in the professions long march to gain the public's trust and to secure a positive image for the long term care community.  Go to Advancing Excellence for more information.
