Two minutes of your time is all we ask to better understand what you, as a valued member, want in the form of an association newsletter.  For over a year now we have been sending members a weekly eMemo via broadcast email.  This format was developed to give busy long term care professionals an efficient resource for finding out about news and events both in Virginia and nationally.

Unfortunately, in today’s climate of internet security, spam, phishing scams, and viruses, we know that not all of our members are receiving the eMemo 100% of the time.  Effective and reliable communication with members is a vital function of any association and we want to do everything we can to ensure that you are getting the benefit of knowing about important news, developments and events as soon as possible.

Since you are reading this, you most likely are on the VHCA/VCAL electronic distribution list for the eMemo.  Please take just two minutes and let us know your experiences and views related to the newsletter.  Simply select VHCA membership to complete the survey.

If you are a member and received this eMemo from a friend, colleague or coworker, we ask that you also complete the survey and let us know that you would like to be added to the distribution list by contacting Kathy Robertson at kathy.robertson@vhca.org so that you receive the broadcast eMemo directly from the association.  As always, we respect your privacy and never sell email addresses to outside organizations or companies.  We welcome your input and ask that you let us know if you have any questions, suggestions or concerns.
