Revisit User Fees Eliminated

AHCA has announced that through successful lobbying efforts and significant grassroots support from state affiliates, the Survey & Certification Revisit User Fee has been eliminated with the President's signature of the omnibus spending bill, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008 (H.R. 2764).  Providers will no longer be assessed this fee for survey revisits.  Although fees no longer exist as of December 26, 2007, any surveys conducted prior to the President's signature of the legislation which warrant a revisit will be assessed the fee.
