CMS to Conduct National Outreach Teleconference on MFP Demonstration

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will hold a teleconference to provide information to institutional and community-based providers serving Money Follows the Person (MFP) demonstration recipients on Thursday, January 24th at 3 p.m. EST. Details on the current status and core components of the MFP Rebalancing Demonstration will be covered. The teleconference is limited to providers in the thirty one states with MFP Demonstration grants. To participate in the teleconference, please call 1.888.793.1765 and use the passcode "providers."
