OSHA: Form 300A Must Be Posted February 1 - April 30

ALERT: Beginning February 1, 2008, employers are required to post a summary of the total number of job-related injuries and illnesses that occurred last year. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires that the summary, OSHA Form 300A, remains posted from February 1 through April 30, 2008. Employers with 10 or fewer employees are exempt from federal OSHA injury and illness recordkeeping and posting requirements.
