Webinar Scheduled in May on the Effect of FHA & AHD Impacting Assisted Living Operations

Please mark your calendars for an exciting Webinar about the impact of the Fair Housing Act and the Americans with Disabilities on assisted living operations.  The Webinar will be held on Thursday, May 15 at 2 p.m. EDT to 3 p.m. EDT.  Registration is free.

This presentation will review the latest trends in housing impacting assisted living providers.  Attendees will obtain an overview of the effect of the Federal Fair Housing Act (FHA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upon Assisted Living providers.  Attorneys Barbara Duffy and Robin Dale of Lane Powell’s Long Term Care and Seniors Housing Client Service Team will co-host the presentation.  The presenters will review current hot topics, including admission agreements, transfers between levels of care, motorized carts and will discuss recent FHA cases impacting seniors housing providers.
