Have You Made Your Hotel Reservations for the 2008 Convention & Trade Show?

The 2008 Convention & Trade Show has been scheduled for Monday – Thursday, September 15 – 18, 2008 at the Greater Richmond Convention Center.  Hotel rooms have been reserved at the Richmond Marriott for VHCA participants at a rate of $130 single/double.  Overnight accommodations can be made by calling Marriott reservations at 800.228.9290.  Be sure to identify yourself as a Virginia Health Care Association participant to receive the negotiated rate.  Guest room reservation deadline is Friday, August 22, 2008.  Although the deadline is in August, members still need to make sure they get a room before the VHCA blocked amount of rooms is taken.
