My InnerView Announces the 2007 Excellence in Action Awards

My InnerView’s 2007 Excellence in Action award honors those nursing facilities that achieve high levels of excellence in overall facility quality as demonstrated by having overall resident and family satisfaction levels fall within the top 10% of My InnerView’s customer database. The data was gathered on 2007 information.

The following VHCA members received the 2007 Excellence in Action awards:

• Autumn Care of Altavista
• Riverside Convalescent Center-Mathews
• Riverside Convalescent Center-West Point
