OLC Updates Guideline for Facility Reported Incidents (FRI)

The Office of Licensure and Certification (OLC) announces revised FRI reporting guidelines.  The OLC fax number and address have been changed to reflect the OLC’s move to the Perimeter Center.  A copy of the revised guidelines can be obtained from the OLC's website.  Please make sure that the guidelines are shared with staff responsible for filing FRIs with the OLC.
