CMS Releases New Surveyor Guidance for F325 and F371

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has released advance copies of revised surveyor guidance for F325 (Nutrition) and F371 (Sanitary Conditions).  F325 replaces F325 and F326, and F371 replaces F371 and F370.  Click here to read the new guidance, and training materials for each F tag guidance.  The effective date for the new guidance is September 1, 2008.  VHCA is developing an October 2nd education program on the new guidance.  Watch the VHCA website for detailed information and registration forms for the training.
