REMINDER: Book your hotel room at the Richmond Marriott today.  Hotel rooms have been reserved at the Richmond Marriott for VHCA participants at a rate of $130 single/double.  Overnight accommodations can be made by calling Marriott reservations at 800.228.9290.  Be sure to identify yourself as a Virginia Health Care Association participant to receive the negotiated rate.  Guest room reservation deadline is 5:00 p.m.Friday, August 22, 2008.  Although the deadline is just two weeks away, members should reserve NOW to make sure they get a room before the VHCA blocked amount of rooms are sold out.
