Medicaid Case-Mix Reports

A notice was provided by Clifton Gunderson on August 22nd to all Medicaid nursing facility primary GoFileRoom (GFR) contacts that the preliminary Second Quarter 2008 Resident and Facility Case Mix Reports are available in GFR.  Requests for Research for the second quarter of 2008 dated through September 30, 2008 will be accepted and processed.  This notification was provided to ensure that facilities are aware of the established reporting, review and revision process for case mix information and the new GFR role for this information.

The final First Quarter 2008 Resident and Facility Case Mix Reports are available in GoFileRoom.  These scores are final and Additional Requests for Research for the first quarter of 2008 will not be processed.

The notice also provided a schedule for the calculation and posting of future Resident and Facility Case Mix Reports.  Going forward, the primary GFR facility contact will receive email notification when the reports are actually posted in GoFileRoom.
