2008 Convention & Trade Show a Great Success

Over 400 long term care professionals gathered in Richmond last week to honor the best and brightest that make Virginia’s nursing and assisted living facilities among the best in the nation. Attendees received continuing education in dynamic and informative education sessions while 124 exhibitors brought the latest and best to trade show visitors.  Community involvement award winners, volunteers, departing Board members and the top five statewide award recipients were honored at the Annual Banquet.  In addition, 80 golfers and tournament sponsors supported the Regirer Nurse Scholarship Fundraiser Tournament to raise funds for future scholarship awards. The Virginia Health Care Association would like to thank the many organizations and individuals who contributed to the success of the 2008 Convention and Trade Show.  Thanks to our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and golfers who made the 2008 Convention & Trade Show such an outstanding event!
