On September 1, 2008, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services revised guidance for F-Tags 325 (Nutrition) and 371 (Sanitary Conditions) became effective. Surveyors are now using this revised guidance. It is important for both providers and surveyors to understand and be familiar with this new guidance. AHCA's Long Term Care Survey manual has been updated to include this information. The September 2008 edition is available in softbound format and as a binder/subscription with quarterly updates.
