MDS Training Scheduled for November

The Basics & Beyond: MDS 20 Training is scheduled for November 13th and 14th in Richmond at the Holiday Inn-Select.  In response to requests for training on the MDS 2.0, VHCA is offering this two-day series that will cover the basic components of the MDS process and strategies to improve documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.  Day one of the program will examine the RAI system of data collection and reporting and explore the role of the interdisciplinary team along with key issues in the MDS process.  The second day will go beyond the basics of the MDS Manual review to explore operational issues and take a fresh look at Quality Indicators and Quality Measures.  Participants can register for one or both days of the series and see a complete description of the program by clicking here.
