VCAL FOCUS (1/15/03)

On Wednesday, January 8, the 2003 General Assembly convened in Richmond for a 46-day Session which is scheduled to adjourn on February 22nd.  The major focus for this years session will be on the budget.  VCAL/VHCA lobbyists will be identifying and following bills affecting assisted living facilities and providing updates to members each week.
