VCAL ADMINISTRATOR OF THE YEAR NOMINATIONS

Dont forget to submit your nomination for the 2003 VCAL Assisted Living Administrator of the Year Award sponsored annually to recognize outstanding assisted living leadership.  To be eligible, an administrator of a VCAL member assisted living facility must have been active in administration for at least three years;  have a current direct supervisory responsibility;  demonstrate outstanding leadership ability; and have contributed significantly to the profession of long term care administration.

An announcement of the specific criteria and an application form were distributed to activity departments in January.  Additional applications are available on the VCAL website under Member Resources at http://www.vhca.org/vcal/members/memberresources.htm.  Nominations must be received by July 1, 2003.  Dont miss the opportunity to honor an assisted living administrator this year.
