NIC SEEKS PROPERTIES UNDER CONSTRUCTION

The National Investment Center (NIC) is finalizing a list of all seniors housing projects under construction in the 30 largest metro areas of the country.  If you aware of any seniors housing property under construction (where ground has been broken on the building) in any of the following metro areas -- and NIC doesnt already know about it NIC will give you a free NIC research publication of your choice.  To alert NIC to a property under construction, send your name, phone number, new property name, description and/or operator, and location (city, state) to tmullen@nic.org.  The top 30 metro areas are: Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Portland, Riverside (CA), Sacramento, San Antonio, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Seattle, St Louis, Tampa, and Washington DC.
