NEW SENIOR POLICY DIRECTOR JOINS NCAL

Karl Polzer has joined NCAL as the new senior policy director.  He brings to NCAL 15 years of health policy experience, including working for the National Health Policy Forum at George Washington University where he researched and analyzed a variety of health policy issues.   Previously, he was a speechwriter for former Health Care Financing Administration, now known as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Administrator Gail Wilensky.  Karl earned his masters degree in public administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government, at Harvard University.
