ALF Regulatory Update

There has been no movement toward release of the Department of Social Services (DSS) ALF Replacement Regulations.  They are still under review in the Governors office awaiting approval for publication in the Virginia Register and public comment.  VCAL staff continue to check on the status of the DSS regulations as well as release of regulations addressing ALF Administrator Licensure and Medication Aides.
